Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by M.A Car Service, located in Sadashivpet, Sangareddy District, Telangana. By booking any service — whether in person, via phone, or via WhatsApp — you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

Service Terms
- All services are carried out by trained technicians using appropriate tools and quality-grade parts.
- M.A Car Service reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, illegally modified, or presents a risk to workshop staff.
- Estimated service times are indicative. Complex repairs may take longer than initially quoted.
- The customer must disclose all known faults, modifications, or prior repairs to help us diagnose correctly. Non-disclosure may affect service outcomes.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during servicing that were not previously reported.
- A test drive may be required before and after service to verify vehicle condition and repair quality.

Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable labour. Parts may attract additional costs depending on the repair.

- A written quotation will be provided and approved by the customer before any repair work begins.
- Payment is due upon collection of the vehicle. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer.
- Vehicles may be held until full payment is received.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from date of issue. Prices may vary based on parts availability and market rates.

Discount & Offer Terms
- All discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and subject to availability of slots.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- The free AC check is only applicable when booked alongside an engine service or full vehicle service package in the same visit.
- M.A Car Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any offer at any time without prior notice.
- Discounted prices apply to labour and standard package items only. Replacement parts are charged separately at market rate.
- Proof of booking (WhatsApp confirmation or booking reference) may be required to avail offer pricing.
Note: Offers are valid while slots last. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, discount pricing may be temporarily unavailable. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm current availability.

Pickup & Drop Service
- Free pickup and drop service is available within Sadashivpet, Sangareddy, Shankarpally, and Jogipet areas only.
- Pickup must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call.
- The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible, keys are available, and someone is present at the time of pickup.
- M.A Car Service is not responsible for any pre-existing damage not documented at the time of pickup. A condition report may be prepared at pickup.
- Drop-back will be arranged once service is complete and full payment has been made.
- Pickup & drop scheduling is subject to staff availability. We will confirm the slot within 1 hour of your request.

Warranty on Work
- Labour warranty: 30 days from date of service for the specific repair carried out.
- Parts warranty: As per manufacturer / supplier warranty terms (typically 3–12 months depending on the part).
- Warranty is void if the vehicle has been repaired, modified, or tampered with by a third party after our service.
- Warranty covers only the specific fault repaired and does not extend to other vehicle systems.
- To claim warranty, the customer must present the original service receipt and contact us within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must collect their vehicle within 3 business days of being notified that service is complete.
- Storage charges of ₹100/day may apply for vehicles left beyond 3 days after service completion notice.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and legally registered.
- Any personal belongings left in the vehicle are the customer's responsibility. M.A Car Service is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Customers must provide accurate contact information to receive service updates and completion notifications.

Limitation of Liability
M.A Car Service will take all reasonable precautions while handling your vehicle. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing defects or damage not identified or disclosed prior to service commencement.
- Damage resulting from failure of additional vehicle components not covered under the agreed scope of work.
- Any consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from vehicle downtime or repair delays beyond our control.
- Force majeure events including but not limited to power failures, floods, strikes, or other acts of God.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total value of the service invoice for the specific repair in question.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice via phone or WhatsApp at no charge.
- No-shows without prior notice may result in loss of preferred slot and the offer discount.
- If M.A Car Service needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as early as possible and offer an alternative slot at the same offer price.
- Partial refunds for services already commenced will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy
Customer information collected during booking (name, phone number, vehicle details) is used solely to provide our services and communicate service updates. We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data. WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from services provided by M.A Car Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangareddy District, Telangana.
We encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

Updates to These Terms
M.A Car Service reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
